Log into your account you set up when your first purchased a ticket
In top right corner click your profile, then Tickets
Scroll down page until you see the ticket for your event and click on ticket
Click Transfer
Click Change Event
Choose withdrawal from either Loch Ness or Banchory event and click Continue
BE CAREFUL TO SELECT THE CORRECT 'WITHDRAWAL FROM' OPTION!
Select Withdrawal from event and click Continue
Click Continue Transfer
Scroll down the form and answer questions then click Register.
You will now receive two emails:
One will include a weblink for you to pass onto your replacement so they can register for the event themselves.
The other email is confirmation form Eventbrite that you have withdrawn from the event.
